1General Terms & Conditions

77JL Baji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 77JL Baji and its registered users.

By using the 77JL Baji website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our Platform.

2Account Registration

To place bets or play any game on 77JL Baji, you must have a valid account. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed.
• The name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be completely accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your password with others is strictly prohibited.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to any third party is strictly forbidden.
• Large withdrawals may be restricted if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.

3Age Verification & Eligibility

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

77JL Baji bonus offers are specially crafted for our players. However, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses become eligible for withdrawal only after the required wagering amount has been met. The wagering requirements for each bonus are specified separately.
• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit only. Cannot be claimed more than once.
• Referral Bonus: The bonus will be awarded once the referred person successfully registers and makes their first deposit.
• Cashback: Cashback is calculated based on net losses over a specified period.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

6Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly observed when placing bets on 77JL Baji:

• Bets placed cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error has caused the bet to be incorrectly recorded.
• 77JL Baji will not be held liable for any disruptions to Live Betting caused by internet disconnection.
• In Sports Betting, wins and losses are determined based on official results.
• Any bets placed by exploiting system or software errors will be considered void.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each game and market.
• Placing bets on the same event using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77JL Baji and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Participating in match-fixing or any form of cheating
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automation software
• Creating an account using a false identity or committing KYC fraud
• Committing fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes
• Attempting unauthorised access to another player's account
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or transacting through illegal funds

8Account Closure & Suspension

77JL Baji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated
• If verification details are found to be false or incomplete
• No account activity for an extended period (12 months)
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

You may also request account closure at any time. If a balance remains, the withdrawal process must be completed before the account is closed.

9Limitation of Liability

77JL Baji shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Any issues with gameplay or bets due to internet disconnection
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways
• If information is compromised due to the user's own negligence
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

10Changes to Terms & Legal Matters

77JL Baji reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users in advance via email or through the platform. Please check your registered email regularly.

• This agreement is written in Bengali and shall be governed by the laws applicable in Bangladesh.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of 77JL Baji management shall be considered final.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
